Inside you’ll find:

  • Chocolate Sourdough Loaf — a rich, naturally fermented sourdough loaf with deep chocolate flavor, made with a blend of heritage flours and a touch of freeze-dried coffee and vanilla.
  • Stone-Ground Chocolate Hazelnut Spread — activated hazelnuts slowly stone-ground with raw cacao, black cocoa, pure vanilla powder, coconut sugar, cacao butter, and a touch of Baja Gold sea salt for an intensely chocolatey spread.
  • Midnight Crunch Bar — handcrafted from our own 73% single-origin chocolate, naturally sweetened with coconut sugar and layered with crisp sourdough breadcrumbs and bourbon sugar for an irresistible balance of rich chocolate and delicate crunch.
  • Incan Chocolates — handcrafted from our own 73% single-origin chocolate, naturally sweetened with coconut sugar and paired with vibrant Incan berries for a beautiful balance of rich chocolate and bright fruit.

Chocolate Sourdough Loaf: T80, High Mountain bread flour, T110, T130, filtered water, sourdough starter, 55% chocolate chips, raw cacao, raw sugar, freeze-dried coffee, vanilla powder, Baja Gold sea salt. | Chocolate Hazelnut Spread: Activated hazelnuts, coconut sugar, raw cacao, black cacao, cacao butter, vanilla bean, freeze-dried coffee, Baja Gold sea salt. | Midnight Crunch Bar: 73% Dark Chocolate (Cacao Beans, Coconut Sugar, Cacao Butter), Sourdough Bread Crumbs (Wheat Flour, Water, Sourdough Culture, Sea Salt), Bourbon Sugar (Cane Sugar, Bourbon), Cacao Butter, Baja Gold Sea Salt. | Incan Berry Chocolates: 73% dark chocolate (chocolate liquor, coconut sugar, cocoa butter), organic Incan berries.

Storage

Chocolate Sourdough Loaf: Store at room temperature, cut side down, for up to 2 days; wrap in beeswax linen bag for up to 4 days; freeze sliced for up to 3 months. Chocolate Hazelnut Spread: Store in a cool, dry place; refrigerate after opening. Midnight Crunch Bar & Incan Berry Chocolates: Store in a cool, dry place at 60–70°F (15–21°C); do not refrigerate.
