This small-batch Creamed Honey begins with raw, local, unfiltered honey carefully crafted using the traditional creaming method — creating a smooth, naturally spreadable honey that won’t separate. The result is a rich, creamy texture that spreads like soft butter while maintaining the pure flavor of the honey.

Each batch is infused with real ingredients — fragrant vanilla bean, warm Ceylon cinnamon, or bright organic lemon — allowing the character of the honey to shine while adding a gentle layer of flavor.

Stir a spoonful into tea or coffee, drizzle over yogurt or oatmeal, spread onto toast, biscuits, or scones, or serve alongside soft cheeses like ricotta or goat cheese. A beautiful addition to a cheeseboard with aged cheeses.
