The Heirloom Multigrain Sourdough is crafted with Foricher’s Tour de Mains flour — a French stoneground blend of wheat, rye, and spelt flours, combined with oat flakes, sunflower seeds, millet, brown linseed, and hulled sesame for a depth of flavor.
Each loaf is naturally leavened with sourdough culture, seasoned with Baja Gold sea salt, and cold-fermented for a slow, flavorful rise that brings out the natural sweetness of the grains.
Finally, it’s topped with a layer of pumpkin seeds for a beautiful golden crust and a nutty finish.
Hearty, aromatic, and deeply satisfying — this loaf is perfect for toasting, sandwiches, or savoring on its own.
Each loaf is handcrafted in small batches with a limited number available each Friday bake day. To reserve yours:
