Our nut and seed butters are made from the same organic activated nuts and sprouted seeds offered in the Bread Box. Each batch begins with a Baja Gold mineral sea salt soak, followed by dehydration before being slowly stone-ground into fresh butter.

Choose your nut or seed type and preferred texture — smooth or chunky — using the options above.

Because these are made to order, please allow up to 2 weeks for production. In many cases, your butter may be ready sooner. After placing your order, if I’m unable to make your butter on your requested bake day, I will notify you with an ETA for when your order will be ready.

Ingredients

Organic activated nut or seed, Baja Gold mineral sea salt

Storage

Store in a cool, dry place or refrigerate after opening. Natural oil separation may occur - this is a sign of a pure, additive-free butter. Simply stir before each use to restore a smooth, creamy consistency. Refrigeration will slow oil separation and extend freshness.
