Crafted with a 73% single-origin dark chocolate blend, the Midnight Crunch Bar is a study in contrast — rich yet crisp, bold yet balanced.

We start with organic cacao sourced from small farms committed to sustainable growing practices, then blend it into a dark chocolate that highlights the natural character of the bean rather than masking it with additives. Notes of cocoa, toasted nuts, and gentle fruit are layered with our house-made sourdough crunch and bourbon-kissed sugar.

The sourdough crumbs are made from our Rustic French Sourdough, then coated in bourbon-infused cacao butter for a delicate, satisfying crunch. Bourbon sugar crystals made with Woodford Reserve add subtle warmth and bursts of sweetness throughout the bar, while a touch of Baja Gold sea salt brings everything into focus.

The result is a chocolate bar with depth, texture, and a flavor that continues to unfold with every bite.
