Starting with our Rustic French Sourdough, this savory loaf is generously layered with olives and fresh rosemary from the garden.

Ingredients

Label Rouge T80 flour, High Mountain bread flour, T110 flour, T130 flour, filtered water, sourdough starter (T80 flour, filtered water), Baja Gold sea salt, Kalamata olives, fresh rosemary

Storage

Store at room temperature in bread box, or beeswax linen bread bag for up to 3 days. For longer storage, wrap tightly and freeze for up to 3 months. Avoid plastic at room temperature — it traps moisture and softens the crust. To refresh, warm in a 325°F oven for 8–10 minutes.
