Our signature cookies are made with a sourdough base and rested in the refrigerator for 24 hours to deepen flavor and develop that crave-worthy texture — crispy edges, soft middles, and a thick, satisfying bite. Every batch is made with browned European butter infused with vanilla bean for a depth of flavor that sets these cookies apart.

Available in five flavors, each crafted to highlight the natural complexity of our sourdough starter. Choose your favorite — or try them all.

Ingredients

Base ingredients: Foricher T65 flour, European butter, dark brown sugar, sourdough discard (T65, T80 & water), cane sugar, cornstarch, vanilla bean powder, baking powder, Baja Gold sea salt. Additional ingredients vary by flavor (see More Details).

Storage

Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 1 week. For longer storage, freeze in an airtight container or zip-lock bag for up to 3 months. Thaw at room temperature before serving.
