Soft, tender, and made with the same dough as our Sourdough Milk Bread, these aren’t your average hamburger buns.

Made with French Label Rouge T65 flour, sourdough starter, A2 milk, whole eggs, and butter, the dough uses a traditional tangzhong method—a small portion of the flour and milk is gently cooked before mixing. This helps create milk bread’s signature soft, pillowy texture while keeping the buns tender and fresh.

Perfect for burgers, but don’t stop there. Use them for sandwiches, pulled chicken or pork, breakfast sandwiches, or simply warm them and serve as dinner rolls.

These buns also freeze beautifully, so tuck a few away to have on hand between bake days.
