Crafted with French-grown flour, dehydrated sourdough culture, A2 whole milk powder, maple sugar, and vanilla bean, this artisan mix delivers rich flavor with a subtle tang and a tender homemade texture.

Unlike conventional mixes, our recipe is built around real ingredients you can recognize — no artificial flavors, preservatives, or unnecessary fillers. Just add milk, egg, and butter for a breakfast that feels special any day of the week.

Perfect for slow weekend mornings, family breakfasts, or breakfast-for-dinner nights.

Each 1 lb bag makes approximately:

  • 12–18 thick, fluffy pancakes
  • 9–12 crisp golden waffles

Ingredients

French T45 Flour, Dehydrated Sourdough Culture, French T80 Flour, A2 Whole Milk Powder, Maple Sugar, Aluminum-Free Baking Powder, Baja Gold Sea Salt, Citric Acid, Ground Vanilla Bean, Baking Soda.

Storage

Store in a cool, dry place. Once opened, transfer to an airtight container and use within 3 months.

PANCAKES

Shake bag thoroughly before measuring to evenly distribute ingredients.

Makes 4–6 Pancakes
- 151g mix (approximately 1 cup)
- 100g whole milk (⅓ cup + 1 Tbsp)
- 1 large egg
- 21g melted butter (1½ Tbsp)

Makes 8–12 Pancakes
- 302g mix (approximately 2 cups)
- 200g whole milk (¾ cup + 1 Tbsp)
- 2 large eggs
- 42g melted butter (3 Tbsp)

Makes 12–18 Pancakes (Entire Bag)
- 454g mix (entire bag)
- 300g whole milk (1¼ cups)
- 3 large eggs
- 63g melted butter (4½ Tbsp)

Directions
1. Whisk together the mix, milk, egg, and melted butter until just combined. A few lumps are perfectly fine.
2. Let the batter rest for 15 minutes.
3. Heat a lightly greased skillet or griddle over medium heat.
4. Pour batter onto the hot surface to your desired size.
5. Cook until bubbles form and remain open on the surface. Flip and cook until golden brown.

Tip: For the fluffiest pancakes, weigh your ingredients using a kitchen scale.

- 35g melted butter (2½ Tbsp)

Makes 6–8 Waffles
- 302g mix (approximately 2 cups)
- 200g whole milk (¾ cup + 1 Tbsp)
- 2 large eggs
- 70g melted butter (5 Tbsp)

Makes 9–12 Waffles (Entire Bag)
- 454g mix (entire bag)
- 300g whole milk (1¼ cups)
- 3 large eggs
- 105g melted butter (7½ Tbsp)

Directions
1. Whisk together the mix, milk, egg, and melted butter until just combined.
2. Let the batter rest for 15 minutes.
3. Preheat and lightly grease your waffle iron.
4. Pour batter into the waffle iron according to manufacturer recommendations.
5. Cook until deeply golden and crisp.

Tip: For extra flavor, prepare the batter the night before and refrigerate. Stir gently before cooking.
