DIY Activated Nut Milk Recipe
The nut butters I make at The Little Bread Box aren’t just for toast.
Because they’re made from pure, activated nuts and seeds, they’re incredibly versatile—smooth enough to stir into oatmeal or swirl into baked goods, and rich enough to make your own real nut milk at home.
Unlike most store-bought nut milks (which often contain less than 2% nuts and are filled out with gums, oils, and binders), a spoonful of my nut butter + water = the real deal.
1. Add 2 tablespoons of my Activated Almond Butter or Brazil Nut Spread to a blender.
2. Pour in 2 cups of filtered water.
3. Blend for 30 seconds.
That’s it! Super Easy Nut Milk!
